The terms “us, “we” or “site” refer to the owner, agents and contractors of the site AbdoRiani.com. The term “you” refers to the user or visitor of our site.


Warranty or Guarantee: While we promise to go above and beyond to help you progress with your venture or idea, you agree and understand we can’t and don’t make any promises, warranty or guarantee that you will successfully accomplish your set goals.

Account Creation: In order to enroll in the Bootstrap a Startup program, you must register for an account (“Account”) and provide certain information about yourself as prompted by the account registration form. You represent and warrant that: (a) all required registration information you submit is truthful and accurate; (b) you will maintain the accuracy of such information. The site may suspend or terminate your Account in accordance without prior notice. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your Account.

You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use, or suspected unauthorized use of your Account or any other breach of security. The site cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above requirements.

Access to the Site: Subject to these Terms, AbdoRiani.com grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable, limited license to use and access the Site solely for your own personal, noncommercial use.

Certain Restrictions.

The rights granted to you in these Terms are subject to the following restrictions: (a) you shall not license, sell, rent, lease, transfer, assign, distribute, host, or otherwise commercially exploit the Site, whether in whole or in part, or any content displayed on the Site; (b) you shall not modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, reverse compile or reverse engineer any part of the Site; (c) you shall not access the Site in order to build a similar or competitive website, product, or service; and (d) except as expressly stated herein, no part of the Site may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted or transmitted in any form or by any means. Unless otherwise indicated, any future release, update, or other addition to functionality of the Site shall be subject to these Terms. All copyright and other proprietary notices on the Site (or on any content displayed on the Site) must be retained on all copies thereof.

We reserve the right, at any time, to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site (in whole or in part) with or without notice to you. You agree that we will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Site or any part thereof. As a Bootstrap a Startup entrepreneur (student), you will have access to the material in one way or another regardless of the availability of this site.

Liability: the decision to enroll in the program is yours. You agree that you assume your responsibilities and hold the program and its organizers completely harmless if your enrollment or failure to enroll causes any harm to you or your venture.

Refunds: To request a refund, you must first complete all the modules and assignments. Our goal is to get you results. If you don’t believe the program is of value to you, finishing the modules and assignments will give us a chance to prove that the program will help you move closer to your goals. After completing the modules and assignments, we will issue the full refund if you don’t wish to continue. request a refund, email us directly at [email protected] with the work done and the reason for the refund.

Disputes: Any dispute arising out of the Bootstrap a Startup program is subject to the laws of the State of Texas, United States of America and applicable federal law without regard to conflicts of laws principles. You agree that you will first attempt to resolve any concern or issue with the us by communicating fully your concern with program organizers. Should communication with the organizers not resolve your concern or issue, you agree to submit your concern or issue to the courts of the State of Texas, Hidalgo County, within one year of the dispute arising. You also agree that the successful party in any court action will be entitled to payment of its reasonable attorney fees involved in reaching a final order.

Results: All the methods, concepts, frameworks and examples shared are proven. There is no guarantee that they will work for you. There is no guarantee that the result of our organizers’ advice will work for you either. You are free to accept or ignore our suggested direction and recommendation. Our team will be available to guide, lead, teach and recommend team members but will not sell, build or hustle for you. Our recommended programmers, designers, project managers and others are tested but we don’t guarantee they will perform as expected. In terms of freelancers/contractors, we will recommend but not hire for you. Hiring expenses are your responsibility.

If you wish to contact enrolled entrepreneurs from previous batches, we must get their confirmation first. We do not guarantee access to previous students.
